It differs from our full service design work in that we eliminate site visits, meetings, revisions and construction drawings. Instead, we design your space from the measurements and specifications that you send to us…and it’s all done online, saving you time and money.

ckylite process :
We will e-mail you a questionaire addressing lifestyle, budget and style preference. You will e-mail us dimensions of your room, architectural elements such as doors and windows, furniture and fixtures you are keeping and photos. An initial in-person meeting at our office/ studio is optional and up to you.
Design drawings and specifications [as outlined above] will be e-mailed to you in the allotted time frame.
You can then provide the design drawings and specifications to your contractor or go ahead or do it yourself !
We require a 50% deposit. The balance is due upon receipt of the drawings and purchasing information. If you are not happy with our design solutions we will refund your money. A list of references is available.
NOTE : ckylite designs are design concepts only. You are responsible to purchase all the materials/items/furniture, etc., obtain quotes and produce construction drawings, or otherwise communicate with the person doing the work. cky design group is not responsible for the final outcome of the built project. We do offer procurement and project management services if you desire.
